Vdotcom, based near to Leeds in West Yorkshire, is an established Information Technology Solutions and Audio Visual Solutions provider to both the private and public sector.
The company was founded in July 1999 with a very clear goal to become a quality service provider in the UK Technology Industry.
In order to achieve our goals we adopted a very clear strategy from the outset that was centered round relationship building with the key Manufacturers in our industry. The nurturing of these relationships remains fundamental to our development as an IT Solutions and Audio Video Solutions provider.
To maintain and develop our achievements with the above we have to exhibit a very high standard of technical expertise and knowledge of their core product ranges. This involves online and external training for our Internal Account Managers and our Field Service Engineers and Support staff on a regular basis.
Understanding the technologies we sell allows us to offer the right solution to our customers and helps us to expand the opportunities available to the Manufacturers as one of their significant partners in the channel.
As part of our commitment to excellent customer service we also have our own engineering services division which is responsible for delivering solutions to our customers throughout the UK in a variety of business sectors.
